By purchasing any design package from designchili (designchili.com), you agree to these Terms. They apply to all packages, extras and consulting hours purchased through this website.
designchili provides digital web design services including custom website design, visual identity, digital product design, e-commerce design, landing pages and design refresh. All services are delivered digitally as Figma files and related assets. No physical products are shipped.
All prices are in Euro (EUR). Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. Project payments are billed in full at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work begins within 5 business days of cleared payment. Timelines specified per package are good-faith estimates based on timely client approvals at each stage. Delays caused by late client feedback extend the timeline proportionally.
All design work produced for your project becomes your property upon full payment. Our internal processes, tools and source assets remain the property of designchili.
Revision rounds are specified per package. Additional rounds beyond the specified limit are billed at the current hourly consulting rate.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
