designchili operates the website designchili.com. Our address is R. de Mouzinho da Silveira 44, 4000-364 Porto, Portugal. We are the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Portugal by Lei 58/2019. Our supervisory authority is the Comissao Nacional de Protecao de Dados (CNPD).
We collect name, email, phone and project details submitted via our contact and checkout forms. Technical data such as IP addresses is collected automatically by our server infrastructure.
Contact data is used exclusively to respond to project enquiries and deliver contracted design services. We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we do not sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
We process data under Article 6 GDPR: (a) contract performance when you purchase a design package; (b) legitimate interest when responding to enquiries; (c) consent when you opt into communications.
We share data only with Stripe Inc. for payment processing and with our hosting provider for infrastructure. Both operate under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
Enquiry data is held for 12 months. Billing data is held for 10 years pursuant to Codigo Comercial Portugues requirements.
