designchili provides digital design services. Our refund policy reflects the time investment once creative work has begun.
Packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the kickoff call has not yet taken place and no design work has started. Once the kickoff call has been completed, a partial refund may be offered based on work not yet started, at our discretion. After the first deliverable stage has been submitted, no refund is available.
Optional extras are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the specific extra has not yet been started. Once work begins, extras are non-refundable.
Prepaid consulting hours not used within 90 days are refundable. Hours already used are non-refundable.
Email hello@designchili.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Portuguese consumer law (Decreto-Lei 24/2014) or applicable EU regulations.
