All designchili services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are shared via Figma links, email attachments and file transfer. No physical goods are dispatched.
Work begins within 5 business days of confirmed payment. You receive an onboarding email within 2 business days confirming the kickoff call date and a brief intake form.
Brasa is typically delivered in 14 days from kickoff. Flama in 28 days. Pimenta in 42 days. These timelines assume client review and approval within 48 hours at each stage. Late reviews extend the timeline proportionally.
Optional extras are delivered alongside the main package where possible, or within 5 business days of main package delivery where the extra requires separate work.
Consulting hours are scheduled by appointment. Hours can be used for calls, reviews or asset requests within 90 days of project delivery.
Delays caused by the client failing to provide required information, access or approvals do not constitute a delivery failure on our part.
